Position Description

Full time - Monday through Friday

Observes residents for any change in conditions, maintains records of treatment as it is completed and/or reports any changes to physician and Director of Nursing. May administer or assist in administering medication, or maintain a treatment cart. Assists in admissions and discharges of residents.

Required Experience

must have long term care experience. current and active SC license.
