Position Description

Responsible for the supervision of Nurses, CNAs, Saturday-Sunday 7A-7P and 1 Flexible day during the week. Responsible for addressing resident/family concerns on all three levels of care (Skilled, ALF, and Independent Living); and Physician and Family Notification of Change.

Required Experience

LTC experience is preferred. Must posses sound clinical judgment and assessment skills, be an effective leader and motivator, and possess good customer service skills. Must be organized and self-disciplined.
