Oakleaf Village of Greenville is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator with lots of assisted living or health care experience to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. In this exciting role as Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for achieving the community occupancy and revenue goals.
Work closely with our Executive Director to increase occupancy and revenue by implementing your proactive sales and abilities. Responsibilities include but not limited to identifying and building relationships within the local area that drives business into the community.
Required ExperienceYour proven track record in closing sales, ability to leverage technology, superlative communication and inter personal skills, as well as your passion for seniors, is required for success in this roll. Previous experience with health care admissions, or in an independent/assisted living setting is helpful.
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Associate and/or College degree preferred
One (1) year experience in a sales role
Previous customer service experience demonstration of customer service skill set
Possess excellent phone communication skills, written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
Competent in organizational time management skills
Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
