Position Description

The BrightStar Care Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for generating business from referral sources to meet our agency’s growth goals. The Sales and Marketing Representative conducts personalized visits to important referral sources and represents the agency in community events. Since most of the time will be spent in the field, we hope to find a candidate who will enthusiastically promote growth in the tri-county area.

Required Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
