Greenville Place Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, located at 2006 Pelham Rd, Greenville, is looking for a dynamic sales person to join our team. The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, outreach, cold calling, attending meetings, and planning events that would produce referrals and closing sales.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior housing. Candidates will also have professional communication skills and the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate events. Must be a self-starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills. If necessary, work hours may require "on call" and work weekends and holidays. Knowledge of a lead generation referral software preferred but not necessary. REPS software knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.Application Deadline
