Greenville Place Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, located at 2006 Pelham Rd, Greenville, is looking for a dynamic sales person to join our team. The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while maximizing occupancy. Sales activites include but not limited to giving client tours, closing sales, outreach, cold calling, attending meetings, planning events that would produce referrals and closing sales.
Required ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have one or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior housing. Candidates must possess professional communication skills and the ability to plan, organize and cooordinate events. Must be a self-starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills. If necessary, work hours may require "on call" and work weekends and holidays. Knowledge of a lead generaqtion referral software (REPS) is preferred but not necessary.
