The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for the hands on sales execution of new lead generation, conversions of leads to tours and tours to move-ins, implementation of sales processes and systems to manage a variety of lead activities, and development of plans to establish referral relationships with other professionals in the community.
Required Experience
* College degree preferred with at least 1 -2 years of experience and documented success in the senior housing industry* In lieu of college degree, at least 3 to 5 years of experience and documented success in the senior housing industry.
