The Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator's primary function will be scheduling PRN homecare staff. This position will also assist in maintaining the paper flow of clerical functions in the office. Also, will work with the Staffing Coordinator to ensure that staffing is in place to service client needs; ensuring the accuracy of time sheets, helps in the interview process for both non-certified and certified staff, etc. This position will also share call with the Staffing Coord. This is a full-time position, $26,000 to $28,000 annually plus on-call pay, full benefits including BCBS health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, mileage, etc. EOE

Associates degree and Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred. Must have a pleasing personality, good telephone voice/manner, computer skills, knowledgeable about home care philosophy as well as at least one year PRN staff scheduling experience, preferably in homecare setting
