Position Description

SENIOR Solutions is seeking an individual to provide a program of outreach social work to senior citizens in Anderson and Oconee County. This person will be responsible for assessing the needs of seniors needing information and assistance with resources within their communities. They will also be responsible identifying appropriate solutions to seniors and making appropriate referrals in response to their needs.

Required Experience

Must have knowledge of health, human and social services programs. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a FT position w/benefits.
