Position Description

To assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's evaluation and care plan, and as may be directed by the Director of Social Services.

Required Experience

Must have one year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
