Rainey Hospice House Social Worker / Part-Time position
20 hours per week

Home Care Social Worker / Full-Time position

Home Care Social Worker / PRN position

Required Experience

All positions require:
- Masters in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work.
- Licensed by South Carolina and/or Georgia Board of Social Work Examiners.
- Health Care setting history preferred.
- Some on call work
