Responsibilities:
The Transitional Care Liaison is accountable for the marketing and outside sales to hospitals, physicians and other professional referral sources generating referrals to meet the occupancy and revenue goals of the Skilled Nursing Facility. They will all assist in coordinating and managing successful admissions.
Required Experience
Minimum position requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field or nursing license preferred
•Sales/marketing experience, experience in Medicare-certified organizations required
•Ability to initiate and foster key accounts/relationships with medical professionals
•Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
•Experience in a nursing home, assisted living or other healthcare settings
•Requires 60%-70% referral generating outside sales
•Must meet all health requirements, including TB
•Must pass criminal background check
•Must have valid driver license
