Position Description

Coordinate with Health and Wellness Director for care of residents in our Assisted Living and Clare Bridge (Memory Care) unit. Assist residents with activities of daily living, coordinate with Doctor and Nurse Practitioner for Medications and treatments for residents. Oversee associates and maintain scheduling.

Required Experience

LPN, minimum 1 year experience.
