Position Description

We are looking for a full time Wellness Coordinator for our state of the art wellness center. This position is responsible for: development and implementation of age-appropriate exercise and fitness guidelines and methodology for proper exercise prescriptions and wellness consultations in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine Standards and Guidelines.

Required Experience

B.S. in Exercise Science/Physiology or related field with primary certifications and experience. Certifications: CPR and First Aid, AEA Aquatics Instructor, ACSM Health/Fitness Instructor, ASFA Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer, or ACE/AFFA Aerobic Instructor or equivalent, Lifeguard Certification, Red Cross or YMCA.

must be proficient in Microsoft Office, typing skills, teaching aquatics and land exercise classes.
