Alzheimer’s/Dementia educational program/intervention

GHS REACH (Resources for Enhancing Alzheimer’s Caregiver Health) is an evidence-based intervention sponsored through Greenville Health System (GHS) for residents of Greenville County. Originally developed by the Roselynn Carter Institute in Georgia, this program has been used in twenty locations throughout the country. This FREE intervention is aimed at caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and is specifically tailored to their needs. Participants in the program experience reduced stress and improved caregiving capabilities. Call me or email me for referrals
