CARE CONNECTION LAUNCHES WEBSITE!

Care Connection, a local nonprofit agency dedicated to connecting seniors and those who care for them with resources and services to help manage everyday life, has officially launched their new website:

Care Connection invites you to visit our new website and find out more about our Geriatric Care management services for seniors and their families. Care Connection offers information and referral, care coordination and care management to include assessments, care plans, service(s) arrangement, detailed follow-up and monitoring of clients. Care Connection proudly serves Greenville, Spartanburg, Union, Gaffney and Cherokee counties.

Also, as a reminder please sign up for our new series, The Caregiver Journey, which is approved for continuing education hours and will be greatly beneficial to family caregivers and professionals working in the field of aging. This series will be held on October 2 and October 30 from 5 to 6:30 PM at The Cottages at Brushy Creek.
