DEBRA WHITFIELD WINS HIGHEST REAL ESTATE AWARDS FOR THE GREATER CHARLESTON REGION

Debra Whitfield of Mount Pleasant, SC has had another record year where she continues to exceed her customer’s expectations.

Debra has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors since 2005 and during that time she has earned the Charleston Trident Association of Realtor’s Realtor of Distinction award the last 5 years in a row. In addition, this year she was recognized again in the highest level for the 2014 Executive Circle with home sales of over $11,500,000, as well as having meet the high standards needed in education and ethics.

These achievements were further recognized with the 2014 Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle which is a prestigious award for the top 6 % of Sales Associates in the Coldwell Banker System worldwide. Locally, Debra earned the #1 Agent in sales for 2014 out of all the Coldwell Banker United, Realtor sales associates in the Charleston area.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Debra specializes in a market that services the Boomers, Retirees and Seniors and reaches out to her customers through the Lowcountry Senior Network and her sponsorship of the radio program “ Let’s Talk Boomers” broadcasted on 94.3FM. Debra is a member of the Charleston North Area Top Producer Club and a charter member of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC).
