DEMENTIA CARE WORKSHOP CREATED BY TEEPA SNOW

SENIOR HELPERS is proud to offer our unique 2 hour Educational Workshop to Senior Communities to assist in training their CNA's.
Attendees of this workshop will learn how to apply techniques based on the Senior GEMS, a proprietary program developed by Senior Helpers and Dementia expert Teepa Snow, and how to engage in meaningful interactions with people with dementia. This program will focus on providing more effective strategies, techniques and support for caring for a person who is experiencing normal aging, as well as those with dementia.

* Improve the level of care and communication with your residents

* Help to reduce levels of frustration in staff and behaviors in residents
