Elite Home Care & Day Centers offers a full range of transportation services to assist clients with their daily transportation needs.
Do you need a ride for a medical appointment?
Do you have a healthy connections Medicaid card?
We are proud LogistiCare members. As such, qualified trips are free of charge for Medicaid clients. Contact us to find out if your trips are covered.

DAY CENTER TRANSPORTATION
When your loved one is an Elite Day Center member, you can be free of all transportation concerns. We provide all members with the option of daily transportation to and from our Day Centers. All of our shuttle buses are fully handicap accessible. Your loved one will be picked up and dropped off right at home, and given any assistance they require into the vehicle for a safe and enjoyable ride.
HOME CARE TRANSPORTATION
Your loved one can once again enjoy the freedom of making their appointments and running errands on their own schedule, all with the added support and companionship of one of our caregivers. This transportation service is offered during in-home care visits.
Companion transportation is often used for, though not limited to:
Dr./Dental Appointments, Pharmacy, Grocery Store, Post Office
Social Activities & Events
To provide your loved one with the most comforting and discreet transportation service possible, our caregivers utilize their own personal vehicles. We use an advanced GPS system to track the exact distance traveled with most precise accuracy.
If your loved one prefers a more familiar setting, we also offer the option of using your loved one’s personal vehicle.
