FREE Health Screens for Type 2 Diabetics!

I hope this email finds you well! We are very excited to offer a FREE health screen to all Type 2 Diabetics. The health screen will consist of an A1C check and a Lipid Panel+, which tests your full cholesterol, glucose and liver functions ($250+ value). This will give us a chance to see what studies you may qualify for, if any. Appointments should take about 30 minutes at the most and you will get instant results.

You can bring a friend or family member that has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes for the health screen, as well. If he/she fits any of our studies, you will get $25 for the referral (if they are a new patient).
