Get Connected Events

Hey!
I just wanted to reach out to see if any of you would be willing to help out with either a location, a donation, or event participation!

The Connections Events are for individuals living with dementia and a guest. We have a variety of different outings planned; however, there are some things that we still need...

All of the events have been planned and are on the Connections calendar as well as on our website...some of the events have a TBD for the location...some have a TBD as the sponsor for admission or entrance fees...

Let me know if you would like a calendar emailed to you....and where you would like YOUR name to be on these one-of-a-kind events!

The Alzheimer's Association appreciates the support that we generously receive from the Senior Industry throughout the year...We are so excited to finally offer year-long programs and events for this special population...but we can't do it without your help....
