Hospice & Palliative Care of the Charlotte Region, Palmetto Region, Lincoln, Gaston, etc.... including Hospice Cleveland County has changed to ALL ONE NAME!
The Hospice that has been known and loved by so many for over 40 years, but has grown tremendously, and so the name has changed to include ALL under one name.
Same company, same faces, same care.....new name
