Griswold Home Cares across the Country are very proud to be able to offer Grants to help Non-Profits that work with seniors. The Jean Griswold Foundation started accepting applications for the General Grant September 12th and will take applications up until October 31st, 2018. Grants awarded through the foundation are mainly contributions from Griswold Directors Nationwide, as well from the Griswold General Marketing Fund and other private donations.
This year the Foundation has created, The NEW Griswold Gives Grant. We are excited to be able to offer this Grant to a local nonprofit partner that has a deep-seated passion for helping our senior population. The grant is for $500 and is awarded by the Local Director of Griswold Home Care of a that specific territory. Applications for this Grant are accepted year-round at the above web site.
Jean Griswold was a remarkable woman. Her timeless values of compassion and care are a living legacy to this pioneer of the home care industry, who set out not to create a business but to help her neighbors in need.

Across the country there are only a handful of Organizations in our industry that have Foundations to enhance the quality of life for our aging population. The Jean Griswold Foundation finds itself in the top three of those giving back to those in need.
