Last chance to be on the 2016 Walk to End Alzheimer’s t-shirts

Businesses wishing to be recognized on their local Walk to End Alzheimer's t-shirt must submit a completed sponsor commitment form to the Alzheimer's Association this week!

The official deadline is August 1, but commitments will be accepted through Friday, August 5, 2016, for all Upstate area Walks.
