Lourie Center’s “Hooray for Hollywood” DRIVE-THRU Fall Festival
Friday October 29, 2021, 9 am-12 pm

The Lourie Center will host our annual Fall Festival on Friday, October 29 and we want you to be a part of the fun! For the safety of the community, we will be keeping the socially distant, contact-free format and the Lourie Center Fall Festival will be an outdoor, DRIVE-THRU experience.

This is free event to attend. Festival guests will slowly drive their cars through a carefully guided, designated area in our upper parking lot, which will be set with entertaining music, festive decor, costumed individuals, and plenty of business banners and signs. Festival guests will remain in their cars.

The Lourie Center will host a variety of senior services and businesses to represent at the festival and we are dressing up in costume for you! The 2021 theme is "Hooray for Hollywood!" and we will be dressed as our favorite actors, icons, superheroes from the movies. The business displays and festival entertainment will be set up in the parking lot along both sides of the Drive-Thru lane. We will all be socially distanced, and will wave, cheer, dance, and show off our Hollywood costumes.

The first 150 seniors to attend will receive a free swag bag, containing information and goodies from our vendors, PLUS randomly distributed door prize gift cards!

Executive Director Sandra Owensby encourages us all to “Help Support the Lourie Center by participating in the Drive-Thru Fall Festival. It is a fun, safe event for all of us. As always, the Fall Festival will be a spotlight on important resources and services available to seniors.”

SENIOR SERVICES AND BUSINESSES: Registrations are still open and spots are priced from $125. Get more details and register online to attend as a business vendor at the Lourie Center web site. https://louriecentersc.com/fallfestival/

Thank you for your support. We look forward to having you with us on October 29!
