Oak Street Health Opens The First South Carolina Location TODAY!

Oak Street Health, a primary care provider for adults on Medicare, opens its first South Carolina location today. Located at 6119 White Horse Road, STE. 14, the opening of the Greenville center brings Oak Street Health reach to 13 states in the U.S.

The new center offers Medicare recipients a primary care experience they may not have encountered before including quality time with their provider in-person or via telehealth visit; a 24/7 patient support line; individualized, preventive care plans; and other community programming once the pandemic ends.The doors are already open for qualifying patients.

The new facility will provide a new option for healthcare for the 16% of Greenville County residents who are seniors. Oak Street Health will be able to pick them up and transfer them to and from appointments. The center will also accept a number of other health plans, including traditional Medicare.
