PCA (Personal Care Assistant)

Oakleaf Village Assisted Living Facility is looking for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for all shifts. Job duties include but are not limited to: providing physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming, answering call lights in a timely manner and responding accordingly to the resident's needs, knowing proper technique for first aid, completing documentation of medication reminders, assisting in maintaining a therapeutic environment for the resident by helping the resident meet the goals established, motivate and encourage resident involvement in the participation in activities, assist residents to and from activities and be able to perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Care.

Experience: Would prefer for candidate to have experience in assisted living atmosphere.
