Profiles of Our Patriots

Do you know a veteran? Would you like to nominate them during this month for our “Profiles of Our Patriots”? We’ll be recognizing veterans during the month of November and then every Wednesday.

If you’d like to nominate a veteran, please send us a message through Facebook or email our Director of Marketing (nwelanetz@patriotcares.com) to nominate your Patriot.

Information needed for nomination:
-Veteran’s name
- Photo (preferably in uniform), if available
-Branch, rank, any special awards, dates of service
-What makes them a Patriot to you?
