RoseCrest Retirement Community Seeks Memory Care Volunteers

RoseCrest Retirement Community is currently seeking volunteers to assist with the implementation of life enrichment activities for seniors with Alzheimer's disease & related dementias who are participating residents of our memory care programs. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age & pass a background check and a 2-step tuberculin skin test. While previous experience is preferred, interested volunteers do not need to have prior experience working with senors with dementia, as all accepted volunteers will receive training in the field of dementia prior to resident contact. In addition, RoseCrest offers the only secured Medicare-certified skilled nursing memory support program in Spartanburg County.
