SC Department on Aging: Alzheimer’s Resource Coordination Center Grant

The South Carolina Department on Aging, Alzheimer’s Resource Coordination Center (ARCC), invites you to submit Grant Proposals for (1) dementia-specific respite care services; (2) educational interventions for persons with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia (ADRD) and their families and caregivers; or (3) the implementation of innovative programming directed to serve persons with ADRD.

ADRD organizations, social service and health care provider agencies, faith communities, aging service providers, educational institutions, and other statewide organizations may apply. Applicants may be public, non-profit, or for-profit entities.

Applications are available at www.aging.sc.gov. Completed proposals must be received before or no later than 11:59 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023. Email proposals to Sheila Lewis at slewis@aging.sc.gov.

To assist you in completing the application and answer your questions, the SC Department on Aging will host a virtual pre-proposal workshop on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. It is highly recommended that all potential applicants attend the workshop.
