SCARCH Convention Hurricane Annoucement

SCARCH has received many inquires about our plans for our Convention to be held in Savannah September 18-20.
At this time, we do not plan to cancel or postpone the conference as it is the following week. Unless there is damage to the hotel or significant issues with travel then we plan to go ahead with the conference and trade show. We are hoping for the best that the hurricane will weaken as it gets closer but its too soon to plan to postpone our event. Again, fortunately our conference is next Monday and most people will not be traveling until Sunday after the hurricane at the earliest. Being in SC we are used to having hurricane threats during this time of year and have had to reschedule before but unless there is significant damage or travel issues our usual policy is we will go on as scheduled.
