Sponsors Needed for Elder Abuse Law Enforcement Trainings

In 2018, all Charleston Police Department officers are mandated to attend an Ending Abuse in Later Life training. This eight-hour training, developed by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women; the National Clearinghouse to End Abuse in Later Life; and the Federal Law Enforcement Center provides law enforcement with information and strategies to more effectively recognize and investigate elder abuse cases.
We are seeking sponsors to provide snacks and/or lunch each month for 45 officers during this intense training session. The schedule for trainings is below:

Sponsorships can be made through in-kind or monetary donations. Sponsors will be recognized during the training opening and breaks, and training signage. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to provide promotional materials/items for distribution at the training.
