We at Mobility City understand the seriousness of this outbreak, and how it may be affecting you and your family. As global concern about COVID-19 continues to grow, we are following CDC guidelines and helping to keep everyone healthy and safe in our workplace. While we ask that customers call and schedule individual appointments to limit exposure, we would like to notify you that we are still functioning without disruptions, repairs still being made on mobility equipment, rentals are available, and we are scheduling steam sanitizing services in communities.
We will work with you on your protocols to facilitate any service or repairs. All appointments should be scheduled by phone or email. When possible, we will perform the work in a secure area or outside your home or business. Once any work is complete, fresh gloves are put on and surfaces are steam sanitized.
Mobility City uses Steam Sanitizing, “Steam 220” to help senior communities, assisted livings, and hospitals maintain wheelchair compliance. We have a specialized cost-effective program to service large amounts of equipment.
