If you are a new applicant or if you have been a member for many years, PLEASE complete the membership application form so that our records and directory can be updated and kept current. You will see that you may pay by credit card on line or you may download the form and mail it with your check.

Dues are $75.00 PER PERSON per year and that covers January-December meetings and the Christmas party! What a deal! AND you have a nice lunch provided by member sponsors at each meeting! Your paid membership allows you to attend the USN luncheon meetings in all four locations (Reservations are required):
