Volunteer for Fall for Greenville and Give the Gift of Sight!

August 26, 2013

Hello!

Surgeons for Sight was chosen as a beneficiary of Fall for Greenville again this year! In order to receive funds, we are responsible for providing as many volunteers as possible! We need 600 volunteer hours!

We would love to have your help on behalf of Surgeons for Sight! There are many different ways to volunteer - by selling tickets, pouring pepsi, helping with wristbands and many other opportunities. You can click here to see a list of job descriptions: http://www.fallforgreenville.net/volunteer.html#jobs_ .

The event is October 11th, 12th, and 13th. There are many shifts throughout the weekend and you can choose one that is convenient for you! Help us get even more hours by recruiting family and friends to volunteer with you!

The funds Surgeons for Sight receives from Fall for Greenville are used to provide eye exams, treatment, eye glasses and surgeries to those in need here in Greenville. The gift of sight is life-changing for those that we help. Being able to see again means that they can regain their independence, work, read, drive and enjoy seeing their families' faces.

By volunteering, you are helping us share God's love and give the gift of sight to those who have lost hope!

Below are the directions to sign up to volunteer! If you have questions, please email Felicia Murphy at fmurphy@surgeonsforsight.org or call her at 864.354.1364.
